2. What's the difference between editing and copy-editing?
Editing looks at the punctuation, grammar, vocabulary, syntax, etc. of a paper; copy-editing deals with consistency of style, clarity, fluency, effective and concise language, organization, etc. We provide both services for all papers.

4. Which word processors are used?
We use Microsoft Word for all editing, but you can discuss the conversion of other word processors with us.

5. What is the procedure for sending in a document?
- Send your document as a Microsoft Word attachment to info@doctor-edit.com
- We calculate the price and send you an e-mail invoice.
- You can pay the invoice via an online payment or credit card using Paypal. The invoice will include the BSB code and the IBAN or SWIFT Code.
- We complete the work with 'track changes' and return the document within 4 days.

6. What is the time frame for receiving edited documents?
We aim to get all documents back to you within four working days. The time frame for documents over 6,000 words is negotiated. We do not start the work until the invoice is paid.
